He has been involved in advising on all aspects of Local Government and Planning Law including conducting litigation in the Land & Environment Court and the Supreme Court. He has acted for both Local Government authorities and for developers.
As a business law practitioner Trevor has years of experience establishing businesses, preparing and advising in relation to business contracts and advising on the sale and purchase of businesses.
Trevor has extensive experience advising in relation to Aged Care and is a regular speaker at conferences on Aged Care law.
